Astha Jha is a product-focused generalist with a strong blend of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution across early-stage environments. At Feeble and previously at Often, she has operated as an extension of the founders: leading end-to-end delivery across multiple product lines, running user research, setting up initial data infrastructure, and driving marketing, community, and partnerships. Her experience spans orchestrating ground operations, managing global vendors, conducting large-scale outreach, and optimizing workflows through automation. Before moving into founders' office roles, Astha built a strong analytical foundation through internships in quant research and data analysis, where she developed trading algorithms, ranking systems, dashboards, and chatbots. With a background in Information Technology and leadership across multiple university chapters, she brings structured thinking, curiosity, and an ability to turn ambiguity into action, making her a reliable operator in fast-moving teams.
