Hiring · Feeble

We’re hiring people
we’d fight to keep.

A small team building hard things. AI as a lever, not a crutch. No bloated JDs, no performative hierarchy, no seat-warming — just expanding scope for people who earn it.

What we do

We build AI automation systems, internal tools, and custom software for operators.

The business

Clients hire Feeble when their work is stuck in messy tools, manual handoffs, and half-baked AI ideas. We help them decide what is actually worth building, then design and ship the system.

That can mean custom CRMs, workflow automations, client portals, AI assistants, data pipelines, or productized internal tools. The value is not just speed; it is taste, scoping, and knowing when the AI play is hype.

We mostly work with high-growth operators across service businesses, agencies, education, legal, and sales teams. When we see a market need clearly enough, we build our own products too.

The work is concrete.

01Marketing & sales

Lead intake & calendar tool

A high-converting intake flow and scheduling tool for a marketing and sales team. Prospects self-qualified through dynamic form logic, booked directly into the calendar, and triggered the right follow-up without waiting on a manual handoff.

Impact

Improved lead conversion, reduced no-shows with automated reminders, and removed the admin drag around chasing incomplete forms and booking requests.

02Legal operations

Legal CRM

A custom CRM for a personal injury law firm, built around intake, case status, document generation, and role-specific views for case managers, paralegals, and attorneys.

Impact

Centralized case handling, automated repetitive document work, and cut down the manual status chasing that slows legal teams down.

03Service business ops

Internal billing workflow

A billing workflow for a car collision services company handling the operational aftermath of accidents: job tracking, invoicing, vendor handoffs, and QuickBooks sync across work that usually lives in calls, spreadsheets, and scattered notes.

Impact

Turned a messy service-ops handoff into a cleaner billing pipeline, reducing manual entry and making revenue easier to track.

How we work.

01

Small by design

Every person here is load-bearing. We would rather leave the seat empty than hire someone who does not raise the average.

02

Range over titles

AI made specialization cheaper. What is rare now is the operator with range: engineers who care about design, designers who understand product, and consultants who can scope, sell, and deliver.

03

Craft matters

AI made shipping easier. Taste still matters. We want people who review their own work, notice when something feels off, and do not call it done until it actually is.

04

AI as leverage

We use AI constantly, but it does not replace judgment. The leverage compounds when the operator is excellent. It evaporates when they are not.

Shapes of work

Where you might fit.

We don’t post strict job descriptions. We post shapes of work — the kinds of contributions the team needs. If one of these is shaped like you, even imperfectly, talk to us.

Client-facing operator

PM · AM · SE

The connective tissue between client and delivery team. Closest single label is project manager crossed with account manager — you scope, you run the weekly comms, you do light solutions engineering, and you QA the work before it goes out. One person holds the relationship and the quality bar.

You might fit here if

You've sold and delivered consulting work, you can translate between business and technical, and you genuinely enjoy the relationship side as much as the work itself. You check the output before the client sees it.

Multifaceted engineer

Full-stack, real definition

You architect the query and design the layout. You can ship a feature end-to-end, make a product call without a PM, and care about what the user actually experiences.

You might fit here if

You're a strong backend engineer with frontend instincts, or a strong frontend engineer who can hold their own in the database. The point is range — and the willingness to own the whole thing.

Designer-product hybrid

Designer · frontend · PM

You don't just design screens — you think about the product. You can take a vague problem, define what should exist, and produce something polished and usable without a PM-designer-engineer relay race. Some of you lean toward code, some toward product strategy and roadmapping. Either direction works here.

You might fit here if

"Designer who codes," "frontend with taste," or "designer who thinks like a PM" describes you better than any single label.

Creative & content

Video · social · storytelling

Feeble doesn't just ship products — we ship a point of view. We need creatives who can turn raw work, ideas, and team moments into content that actually moves: short-form video, written narrative, social, brand. You think in stories and ship in cuts, not pitch decks.

You might fit here if

You can hold the camera, write the hook, and edit the final cut — or you're a strong specialist in one of those who collaborates fluently with the rest. You have taste, and you've shipped work people actually watched or read.

Executive & operations support

Chief of staff · EA · ops

The people who make the rest of the team faster. Calendar, comms, follow-ups, internal systems, light project management, and the dozen small operational things that quietly stop the company from running. Closer to chief-of-staff energy than to traditional EA work.

You might fit here if

You're proactive, low-ego, and obsessed with making other people's jobs easier. You read between the lines of a Slack message and act before being asked. You like operating leverage more than spotlight.

The filter

This probably
isn’t for you
if…

  • You prefer staying inside a narrow lane. We need people who can understand the work around their work.
  • You hand off and mentally move on. Ownership includes checking the work, catching the edge cases, and staying close to the outcome.
  • You are either cynical about AI or overly impressed by it. Both get in the way here.
  • You need a traditional ladder, heavy process, or carefully packaged feedback. Growth here looks like larger scope, sharper judgment, and deeper trust.

Clarity saves everyone time. If this way of working sounds energizing, you will probably feel at home here. If it sounds exhausting, that is useful to know now.

How to apply

Think you could do unusually good work here?

We don’t run rolling job postings. We talk to people we’d want on the team and figure out the shape from there. Tell us who you are, what you’ve built, and what you’d want to build with us.

What happens next

The bar is high. The commitment should be mutual.

We ask a lot from the people who join Feeble. In return, we owe you more than vague opportunity. If we are serious about you, we should be clear about the work, the expectations, and the room to grow.

First conversation

We talk through what you have built, how you think, and where your shape might fit the team. You should leave with a clearer picture of the pace, ambiguity, expectations, and upside.

Work together first

If there is real signal, we usually define a small slice of real work: scope, pay, timeline, rhythm, and what good looks like. We are looking at judgment, communication, AI leverage, taste, and ownership.

Long-term fit

If the pull is obvious on both sides, we talk about the full-time version: scope, compensation, cadence, and what growth here should look like.

What we actually want to read
06

What about this team, this culture, this way of working makes you want in. Be specific — we can tell.

Not the hype answer. What are you building with it, learning from it, or annoyed by about it?
